Please also add in the vfb = [ 'vnc=1, vnclisten=0.0.0.0,vncunused=1']
vs just adding 'vnc=1, vnclisten=...' options.

With Xend you could use either one with a PV guest and it would
setup a framebuffer. With xl if you do:

vnc=1
vnclisten=0.0.0.0

it won't setup a framebuffer.

But if you do:
vfb = [ 'vnc=1, vnclisten=0.0.0.0,vncunused=1']

Then it works.

Looks like xl_cmdimpl.c only implements those top level options for HVM
guests.
